12m XHD version of the 14m fiberglass pole SET with adapter, eyebolt and clamps

The super-stable XHD 12m version of the 14m fiberglass telescopic mast!

This particularly strong XHD version of the 14m HD mast impresses with a consistently larger diameter at the same height compared to the 12m HD mast..
The set is based on our new 14m HD mast and simply dispenses with the upper 2 segments. As a result, the tip here is just under 2cm and is therefore super stable and probably stiffer than all FG telescopic mast tips on the world market.
The enclosed special threaded plug with metric M6 metal thread is used in this tip. All possible M6 connectors can now be screwed into the threaded plug (adapter). We supply a matching stainless steel eyebolt as standard. Of course, other connectors like u-bolts, bolts etc with an M6 thread can also be screwed in.
This way an application weighing up to 1 kg can be attached at the very top of this pole.This set also contains the material to equip the pole with rubberized clamps.

This EXTRA Heavy Duty fiberglass pole version is perfect for installing small antennas at a height of 12m. A single person can easily erect the mast within a few minutes. Specially reinforced and specially developed as a result of our ongoing efforts to produce even more durable portable equipment!

We produce extremely robust fiberglass telescopic poles, with significantly thicker walls than conventional "fishing poles". They are manufactured using a specially reinforced winding method - many layers of fiberglass wound in alternating directions (lengthwise/crosswise) result in significant reinforcement in the lengthwise and crosswise directions. Stronger joints have also been achieved by significantly increasing the overlap between the individual tube segments. Incidentally, all fiberglass poles can be shortened by any number of segments (simply open at the bottom and remove) and then used with the resulting length.

Spiderbeam masts are also ideal for building 40/80/160m wire verticals or inverted L antennas. They are also good for lightweight 1-element quads or delta loops for 20-10m, or dipoles for all bands, especially when fed with chicken wire (most baluns are a bit heavy). With several of these masts, the construction of lightweight beams for 40 or 80m is conceivable.
As the top segment has a diameter of 17mm (with a wall thickness of over 1mm), these masts can be used over the full 12m length - the top 2 segments of our other masts are too thin for the weight of small antennas, but still much stronger and more stable than the usual "fishing rods" and other FG masts. Our HD masts are therefore well suited for wire (wire antennas) up to the top. During our many tests, we were able to attach 80m inverted Vee dipoles (made of 1mm enameled copper wire) to the very top of our masts, which is definitely not possible with a "fishing pole".

Experience and history:
The first prototypes of the Spiderbeam HD masts were successfully tested on the North Sea in November/December 2004 in wind speeds of up to 120 km/h! Since then, well over 10,000 of these masts have been successfully installed worldwide. Now, with this model, we are going one step further. Not only do you get a fiberglass telescopic mast from a series with 20 years of experience, but you also have the option of having a mast that can install a small antenna (e.g. 404-UL / 807-HD etc) directly and safely at the very top despite its short transport length. General information about our fiberglass pole system: All our fiberglass poles can be easily shortened by any number of segments. (simply open at the bottom and remove). This means that you can spontaneously use other lengths, such as turning an 18m mast into a particularly stiff 15m mast or a 12m mast into a 10m mast. It is up to you whether you use the "upper sail segments" to save weight or the "lower segments" to gain stability. Of course, it is just as easy to replace spare tubes if an ice storm or accident has damaged one of the segments. Replacement segments are always available online.

This SET 1 includes the kit for the V2A clamp set with rubber padding, because of course you cannot hang up to 1 kg on the top without securing the clamping segments to prevent them from slipping in. For tensioning, we recommend our stable and flexible tensioning strap set for the 14m HD mast, for secure fastening of 3 or better 4 guy ropes on 2 levels.
