Shipping Options
Dear customers,
we offer you here the
possibility to calculate shipping costs before you have decided on an item. Please note that the specific
costs and options may be cheaper depending on the size of the goods and choice
of shipping service for your order. To see the cheapest shipping price with all
options for your package, you can put the desired goods in the shopping cart.
There we will show you all possible options after selecting the destination
country. You can also find out about the cheapest or fastest options there
before you place an order. By placing the goods in the
shopping cart, you do not enter into any obligations towards us.
In the table below you can
find out the shipping costs to the different continents. If the desired goods together
are heavier than the specified maximum weight, the shipment will be divided
into several packages with the basic price for each package.
Note for business
customers: Shipping costs with
quantities of goods on pallets can not be determined in the online store.
Please send a request or order by email. We will then send you a quote
with freight costs by forwarding company according to your requirements.

In
the case of the exception countries, a shipping service provider can be sought
together with the customer in individual cases, which could possibly enable
shipping.
Spiderbeam GmbH cannot currently offer standard shipping for the
exception countries.
Self-collection:
Of course you can also have the goods picked up at our location by
your shipping service provider or pick them up personally.
(INCOTERMS: EXW, Spremberg.)
To do this, add the comment "Self-collection in Spremberg"
to your order, then the shipping costs will be deleted from the
order.
Self-pickup orders must already be paid in advance at the time of
pickup. Payment is not possible at the Spremberg location.
Please note that in this case you have to arrange a pickup date
within 14 days.
We ask for your understanding that we have to charge additional
storage costs of 1 EUR for each additional day if the dates are
not met.
After 1 month of non-collection from the conclusion of the
contract, we are entitled to withdraw from the contract and cancel
the order, whereby the claim for reimbursement of storage costs
and other damages for which we are not responsible remains
unaffected.
